Gilmore, Rees & Carlson, P.C. was established by Daniel J. Gilmore, William J. Rees, and Christopher T. Carlson, all former partners in the Trusts and Estates Department at the Boston law firm of Hale and Dorr. The Firm was founded in 1988 with two primary objectives. First, to build a sophisticated legal practice in the metropolitan Boston area that was accessible, affordable, and convenient to clients. Second, to create an atmosphere that would enable the Firm's attorneys to foster a close and supportive relationship with their clients.
In 2002, the firm merged with Cataldo Law Offices LLP. This firm
of four attorneys dates back to 1961 when Paul A. Cataldo established a
predecessor firm Bachner, Roche & Cataldo. The Cataldo firm has an
outstanding reputation for specialized practice in the areas of Litigation and
Domestic Relations. Through this merger, the Firm has broadened the base of
exceptional legal services offered to its clients. Today, the success of the founding partners is evidenced by the Firm's impressive growth and the tremendous accomplishments of its attorneys. At the heart of this success is the responsive and efficient delivery of the highest quality of legal services. Many of the Firm's individual attorneys have received both local and national recognition by the legal profession for their exceptional skills and expertise. We have dedicated ourselves to earning the trust and respect of our professional colleagues and, more importantly, our clients. Clients come to the Firm from all over New England as well as other parts of the country and abroad. Our attorneys act as legal advisors and counselors helping our clients to achieve their personal as well as financial and business objectives. |
