Katie Dorval is a real estate lawyer who concentrates her practice in real estate matters.  Her experience extends to representation of buyers, sellers, and lenders in connection with residential and commercial real estate transactions, including the negotiation and drafting of offers and purchase and sale agreements, title examination and review, and acting as settlement agent. 

Katie also helps small business owners and their advisors choose, create and maintain the most appropriate entity in which to operate their businesses or hold their assets. In addition, Katie often works in conjunction with the estate planners at the Firm in order to create entities which achieve certain purposes such as allowing for discounted gifting, reducing probate estates, and protecting our clients’ personal assets from liability

Katie monitors the compliance of client entities, including LLCs, Corporations, and Limited Partnerships, with regulatory requirements in such states as Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Maine, New Hampshire, Florida, Delaware, Georgia and Nevada.  She prepares and files annual reports and written actions for the same each year.
